How to cancel

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the plans and billing screen, or from your payment provider's own subscription controls. No reason is required.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not remove access immediately: you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that date the account returns to the free plan.

Your profile, progress and history stay exactly as they are. You can delete them yourself at any time from the privacy screen.
