CANCELLATION POLICY

Tutor ya Rena — Your Maths and Science Tutor · NTSWAKAZA HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD

This Cancellation Policy takes effect on 1 October 2026 and replaces every version published before that date.

  1. About this policy

    1. Status: This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use, and a word defined there has the same meaning here.

  2. Cancelling a paid plan

    1. How you cancel: You may cancel a Paid Plan at any time, using the cancellation control in the Service or by email to support@ntswakazah.co.za.

    2. We must confirm: NTSWAKAZA must confirm your cancellation to you in writing within 2 Business Days, recording the date of the cancellation and the date on which your access to the features of the Paid Plan ends.

    3. When cancellation takes effect: Unless a statutory right or the terms of your Paid Plan require otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not reverse a billing period that has already been paid for, and you keep access to the features of the Paid Plan until the end of that billing period.

    4. What you pay: You must pay every amount that fell due before the cancellation. No further fee falls due after the cancellation takes effect.

  3. Your statutory cancellation rights

    1. These rights come first: Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation right that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Where such a right applies, it applies instead of the rest of this policy.

    2. Cooling-off: If you are a natural person and you bought a Paid Plan electronically, you may cancel it without reason and without charge within 7 days after it started, and NTSWAKAZA must refund every payment within 30 days. This right does not apply if the Paid Plan began, with your consent, before those 7 days ended.

    3. Paid Plans that run for a fixed term: If you are a natural person and a Paid Plan runs for a fixed term, you may cancel it at the end of the term without charge, or at any other time on 20 Business Days' written notice. On an early cancellation you must pay what you owe up to the cancellation date and a reasonable cancellation charge.

    4. The cancellation charge: NTSWAKAZA does not charge a cancellation charge.

  4. Cancellation by us

    1. When NTSWAKAZA may end your Paid Plan: NTSWAKAZA may end a Paid Plan in the circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use, being a material breach by you that you do not remedy, non-payment, a change in law that makes the Service unlawful or commercially impracticable, or on notice to you.

    2. What you get back: Where NTSWAKAZA ends a Paid Plan for a reason other than your breach or your non-payment, it must refund the fees you have paid for the part of the billing period that follows the cancellation. The Refund Policy applies.

  5. Failed payments and suspension

    1. A suspension is not a cancellation: Where your access is suspended, your Paid Plan continues and the fee continues to fall due until it is cancelled under this policy.

  6. Cancelling and your personal information

    1. These are two different things: Cancelling a Paid Plan does not delete your personal information, and deleting your personal information does not cancel a Paid Plan. The Service gives you controls that delete your progress, your learner profile and the papers saved on your device.

    2. Free use: You may stop using the Service without a Paid Plan at any time, without telling NTSWAKAZA and without any charge.
